Another Big Dog

This slate with EMMA's input was shipped to Mi. last week-.You would think she would respect the size of this pet. He is a LEONBURGER--reminds me of a gentle lion.

EMMA keeps me on task

Last week I spent 24 hours non-stop painting this large portrait slate to ship to Texas for Father's Day. Normally I
would have had more time to produce this painting but being that it had to arrive in Texas from NJ within a week and a half of receiving the photos left little time for production. EMMA kept me on task as you can see by her stern demeanor. It takes at least 5 business days to ship from here to there via UPS. The dogs are wonderful uncropped Great Danes.

Traveling slates

A Bloodhound is on its way to Georgia---a slate with a Bloodhound painted on it --much easier to ship than the real thing.
My EMMA would have disapproved of the real dog--much too big. A dog and cat ( yes, I said CAT) portrait slate made its way to Pa.--EMMA of course helped supervise and pack.

DINO tries to best EMMA in packing

I shipped out a mailbox last Friday to a client in Ct. DINO felt he should be in charge of packing as the kitty on
the front of the box looks like him. Of course you realize who finally got control of the packaging---Calico cats always rule.
tHEIR ARE 4 pet dogs on the flag side of the box--very large dogs--1 Newfoundland, 1 Landseer, 1 Lab and a smaller dog
that resembles a Beagle--The Pussy Cat had star showing.

EMMA helps with cards

I really do not know how I could manage without EMMA's help---she provides much comic relief--I put together 300 cards which had pictures of my paintings on them for sale at the Pet Expo on 6/12-6/13 at the Livingston Mall in NJ--it is a Tri-state event ( NY, NJ ,Ct ) sponsored by Best Friends Society of Utah. There will be about 700 pets there to be adopted--so come out with your cat carriers and take home a new best friend--I can't as EMMA would literally have a hissy fit--She forgets I saved her little precious life when I adopted her from the Parsippany Animal Shelter.
